Driving in Night City’s Wellsprings, a Cyberpunk 2077 player discovers a car spinning wildly in traffic during a sandstorm.
Project RED CD release Cyberpunk 2077 with numerous questions. While many have been resolved through updates since then, players continue to discover some unexpected occurrences. One Cyberpunk 2077 fan was driving his car through Night City in traffic when they noticed another car spinning wildly out of control in front of them.
Reddit user DoomedSolitude recently posted a clip of their exploration of Night City in which they are driving their V-tech car during a sandstorm. Driving in close proximity to other cars, one on the left side of the highway begins to frantically move left and right until it starts spinning in a way that a real car would be unable to replicate without rolling over. The Cyberpunk 2077 fan captures the moments when the vehicle acts so strangely when entering Wellsprings en route to Nocturne OP55N1, an objective where V must meet Hanaka at a nightclub called Embers.
Doomed Solitude Cyberpunk2077 The clip begins with everything appearing as it should as the player approaches other vehicles in V’s iconic car. A vehicle blocks DoomedSolitude, which proceeds at a slower speed as the spinning car next to it rocks back and forth until it sways. violently left and right on nearby lanes as you go. Although the car is spinning at this point, it continues to move through the sandstorm and out of the player’s sight as another car in its lane catches up to it.
the wiring Cyberpunk 2077 car is a Makigai MaiMai P126, and it’s one of the small vehicles that players can buy or steal as they progress through the futuristic RPG’s campaign. The vehicle briefly disappears in the sandstorm, but after the player catches up with it again, the car appears out of nowhere like some Cyberpunk 2077 vehicles are known to do, moving unpredictably with a cloud of smoke coming out of their exhaust. As the DoomedSolitude video concludes, the little car appears to be balancing its trajectory to stop spinning, but it is currently unclear whether it was able to effectively stop.
Several Cyberpunk 2077 fans responded to the DoomedSolitude video to point out that this car acts strangely around the same point in the game where performance appears to drop, suggesting a correlation between the map area and the mentioned car. DoomedSolitude suggested the car simply didn’t want to let them through, while others speculate that the car’s driver has an insect visitor causing them to act so frantic. Why CD Projekt RED keeps updating Cyberpunk 2077this issue may be fixed in the near future to avoid similar unexpected issues.
Cyberpunk 2077 is now available for Google Stadia, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
